Registered Manager (elderly/dementia)
I am looking for a competent and driven registered manager to join a modern and person focussed residential service for older adults in the Birmingham area.
This privately owned, fully compliant service would be complimented by a registered manager who has a comprehensive background managing a similar sized service and has a competent understanding of all CQC policies and procedures
I am looking for a manager who has excellent people management skills and can delegate effectively. As the registered manager you will be required to not only oversee the operational day to day management of the service, but also be active in the delivery of person centred care. It is essential that you are a clear communicator and have excellent computer literacy.
I am looking for applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Qualified to NVQ 4/QCF Level 5 in health and social care or equivalent
* Have proven managerial experience and have worked under the guidance of CQC policies and procedures
* Have a proven background supporting older adults and adults with dementia
* Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
