The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills and must enjoy being a part of a busy and friendly team, we are offering a permanent position (Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00)

Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Checking incoming invoices and ensure correct amounts have been charged and correct reserves have been applied.
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Drawing diagrams to explain costing's for completed works
  • Investigate any errors made and identify improvements to avoid a repeat
  • Answering calls
  • Maintaining and updating systems records
  • Running reports to identify overdue invoices

 

The Successful Applicant

You will need the following qualities and experience:

• Ability to work to deadlines
• Good telephone manner
• Able to work both individually and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Excel and Word
