JOB TITLE: Operations Manager LOCATION: Derby SALARY/RATE AND BENEFITS: Competitive Salary YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: - Facilities Management background - Experience with Regulations - Previous experience of managing Budgets or P&L - Proven experience of Self initiative - Contract Management background - Manufacturing or Engineering Background - Degree qualified in an appropriate discipline - Knowledge of all aspects of property management scope. - Must be able to obtain nuclear security clearance IDEALLY YOU ALSO HAVE: - Previous experience of working within the Nuclear industry would be advantageous ROLE INFORMATION: As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of all group property operational activities for the nuclear portfolio of works. You will be required to complete but not limited to the following day to day duties: - Manage all aspects of property compliance for the nuclear estate including both licensed and non licensed areas. Covering Facility services, Energy, projects, property and other issues relating to property - Manage embedded contractor process to ensure compliance with licensed conditions - Ensure the business meets statutory obligations and delivers within facilities management , infrastructure work control/ permitting and estate configuration - Manage infrastructure change control committees and approvals meetings - Ensure all infrastructure and facility records are configured and prime drawings are never more than 3 months out of date - Lead the H&S Programmes across the uk - Contribute to the development of the Facilities Management Strategy - Management of all financial aspects associated with the group property scope including operational facility servicers, budgets , creation and management of capital budgets and schemes and control and monitoring of customer discretionary spend - Develop and maintain a strategic stakeholder management plan Since 1978, Rullion has been securing exceptional candidates for a range of clients; from large well-known brands, to SMEs and start ups.
