Service Desk Analyst - 6 months - Derby (Support, Service Desk, Desktop, Call logging, Windows, Exchange, Active Directory, Contract, Derby). Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst on a 6 month contract basis for an excellent client based in Dervy. The role will be first point of contact and duties will include providing hands on technical support, resolving any faults and aiming for a 70% first time fix rate with anywhere between 100-130 tickets per day.
