As a Resourcing Business Partner, you will be responsible for the management of mid-careers resourcing to drive the attraction and recruitment of quality, diverse, external talent for the client globally. You will also be facilitating efficient recruitment processes to support the movement of internal talent through the organisation. You will be responsible for transactional and campaign led recruitment where the ability to understand and consider regional scope of services at all times is critical to your success. You will achieve this by ensuring robust governance structures are in place and compliance to policy and process is a critical driver. Working closely with senior business and HR stakeholders, you will drive the Resourcing Strategy for your business area. Key Accountabilities - Working with senior HR stakeholders to develop strategic work force planning capability, identifying proposed candidate attraction, engagement and sourcing channels. - Acting as resource lead for all recruitment activities in mid-careers and for campaign led recruitment - creating, managing and delivering to the highest standard with appropriate governance and timeframes. - Managing regular stakeholder governance meetings - timely and insight led, utilising resourcing data, identifying successes, resolving operational issues, mitigating risk and continuously improving service. - Supporting stakeholder groups through the proactive delivery of recruitment data analytics - developing and owning market intelligence to identify both risks and opportunities. - Managing regular outsourced supplier governance meetings to ensure partnership, approach and operational delivery of recruitment service on behalf of mid-careers. Qualifications - Significant Resource Business Partnering experience - Must have experience of strategic workforce planning and forecasting - Strong understanding of 3rd party relationship management preferable - Change Management experience - Industry experience in a similar sector preferable - Nuclear/Defence/Aerospace/High Security - Must come from in-house/RPO background
