Role - Sales & Engineering Administrator Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 24 Days Holiday Pension Location - Burton upon Trent The Company My client is a process engineering specialist who design and manufacture turnkey process equipment solutions for clients in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, materials handling amongst other industries. The company turns over £30 million a year with a headcount of 130 and an incredible 60 professional engineers across software, process, electrical and mechanical design. They have a trading history that dates back over 200 years and a senior management and directorship team who are all home grown from within the business. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales & Engineering Administrator who will support the commercial director on a wide range of administrative tasks. If you are a highly organised person who has previous experience working as an administrator within an engineering environment then apply now for immediate consideration The Role The Sales & Engineering Administrator reports directly to the Sales & Commercial Director and has a wide range of administration activities including: - Ensuring in house MTMS system is up to date with tenders that have been sent. - Enquiring sales enquiry folders are organised and keeping archive spreadsheet up to date. - Create all documentation for proposal documentation for the management meeting for the Sales Director. - Administration of inductions and introductions for new starters. - Coordination of interim placement students include welfare and accommodation. - Engineering and sales travel planning and booking. - Preparation of tenders. - Taking minutes at meetings. - Maintain and update company training records. - Organisation of hospitality for visitors. - Management of office cleaning contract. - Holiday request collation and recording. - Credit card expense assistance and completion for the Engineering and Sales Directors. - Second line cover for reception. The Person To be successful in your application for the Sales & Engineering Administrator role you will need: - Administration experience within an engineering or technical environment. - Excellent attention to detail.
