Senior Business Analyst - Public Sector
Looking for a Business Analyst to work with a public sector client. Job Title: Senior Business Analyst The Daily Pay Rate: £645 UMBRELLA Location: Sutton Coldfield Contract Length: 24/07/2017 to 30/12/2017 Experience Required: Seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years Business Analysis experience. Key tasks and deliverables: The post holder will lead a team responsible for the capture, analysis and definition of business needs and to identify where Information Systems and services can be exploited to address customer needs and deliver tangible benefits. The post holder will undertake an Account Management role and will be required to develop detailed knowledge and understanding of the customers' business environment to identify opportunities for improvement through the implementation of new or enhancements to existing IS/IT products and services. The post holder will lead and support a team of Business Analysts with requirements capture, analysis, definition and overseeing their successful execution during implementation and acceptance. Key duties of the role include: Building long-term relationships with high level customer and supplier representatives. Regular engagement with stakeholders using their feedback to establish new business needs or to initiate improvements to CIO's existing service offerings Promoting the overall DIO IS strategy and vision and educating stakeholders on how IT can support the business Oversee promotional and marketing activities of products and services provided by CIO to its customers. Promote new technologies that could be exploited to deliver business benefits. Influence the development and enhancement of IS/IT services, products and systems used within DIO. Take full responsibility for the level of customer satisfaction and respond promptly to customer queries, complaints or recommendations. Define common standards and procedures for the capture, analysis and documentation of business requirements. Ensure business and system requirements are correctly elicited, captured, developed and managed through to delivery and acceptance.
