Technical Repair Centre Team Leader
As Technical Repair Centre Team Leader, reporting to the Central Services Manager you'll be responsible for overall management and focus of your team delivering a first class repair, test and configuration service across our internal and external customers within the Broadcast sector. You'll manage and take overall responsibility for the transition of support, from build phase into operational support. Alongside this you will be responsible for maximising the potential of Arqiva's internal repair, test and configuration capability. You'll also; Work in collaboration with internal teams to deliver improvements and efficiencies Budget management for repair and test equipment Management of Test Equipment across the business With extensive experience of successfully operating in a similar technical management role, you'll be an accomplished manager who strives on motivating and creating high performance teams. Your experience of providing excellent customer service is supported by your desire to continuously improve operational performance.
