We are currently looking for a SAP Trainer to work for a major automotive organisation based in the West Midlands Reference No: J0011030 Job Title: SAP Trainer (Automotive) Location: West Midlands Rate: Up to £45,000 Pension & Bonus Hours: 40 Hours per week The Role: The overarching objective of a SAP Trainer is to support the development of a training model for the manufacturing organisation to ensure the organisation is capable for the change to enable the processes are adopted and sustained. You'll be developing and implementing an end to end process-based curriculum and documentation suit as well as creating a training system that includes the on boarding of new starters, conversation training of user's transition from another system, ongoing training sustainment / maintenance and delivery of process change. Skills and Experience Required: In your role as SAP Trainer you'll demonstrate your excellent explanation and communication skills as you participate in various meetings and workshops. You'll be able to work with a large variety of people at all organisation levels and will utilise your good knowledge of learning methods, especially when designing personalised methods to meet all learning needs. Training qualifications and evidence of SAP Solutions qualifications is highly desired, especially in the SAP manufacturing functions and you'll be competent in all Microsoft office products, including MS Project.
