We are one of the leading food manufacturer based in Aldridge, West Midlands. The company has seen rapid growth over the last 5 years and continues to grow rapidly in Food Service market, in particular. We are looking for a strategic National Account Manager to join our expanding Sales Team. As a Sales/National Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing existing business within the Food Service sector. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience and who have experience in generating new business and growing existing accounts. A strong candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a growing food manufacturer. Duties and Responsibilities · Managing a portfolio of existing accounts. · Managing a team of sales representatives. · Accountable for expanding product range and managing sales growth. · Negotiate and progress contracts for all current account activity. · Be entrepreneurial in approach and target business on a continual basis · Regularly meeting with their customers to continually drive incremental growth and opportunities · Work closely with the sales team and senior management team on strategy and growth across the business Requirements: · Bachelor's degree · Minimum of 5 years relevant experience · Has experience marketing to large and medium-sized and corporate organisations · Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills · Ability to quickly learn new processes · Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise responsibilities · Passion to educate and close deals quickly · Keen eye to strategic planning. You will be located at our Head Office in Aldridge, West Midlands. Salary – Negotiable depending on experience.
