About the Company: Our client is a well-established company based in Derby city centre, and they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.

Candidates should be available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:


- Order Processing
- Dealing with queries from clients and customers over the phone, email and in person
- Supporting field Sales team
- Dealing with 3rd party logistics firm
- Stock Ordering
- Liaising with head office invoicing
- Using SAP system
- Preparing for meetings/events
- Providing pricing options
- Arranging deliveries
- Send Statements
- Process payments on card machine

About you:

* Previous experience in the same or similar role
* Experience with SAP is desirable
* Good organisational skills
* Strong communicational skills
* Good use of initiative
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
