As the ER and HR Services Lead you will deliver the contact centre capability enabling achievement of HR Shared Service SLA's / KPI's whilst providing quality control for all colleague documentation and HR material. You will be a champion coach with a specialism in ER and will be familiar using LEAN 6 Sigma principles across all HR processes undertaking root cause analysis and problem solving for a large part of the role. You will display strong relationship management engaging with the voice of the customer and offer brilliant support to the trading businesses working closely with colleagues in HR. On a daily basis you will be coaching your multi-skilled team to enable capacity to flex to meet the business needs whilst developing contact centre and case management technology and maintaining accuracy of HR data to inform reliable reporting. You will be the key relationship contact for HR policy and procedures and be the 'go to' expert for ER advice which you will continue to share with your team to build their knowledge. You will also give support the Head of HR / HR Business Partners. You must be prepared to lead by example and this may require you to work outside of 9 -5 to coach and support the team with weekend support ensuring that we are available when our customers need us. You will promote a self-service approach to empower the customer and maintain the team's compliance with data protection legislation and have direct responsibility for the HR and ER risk register ensuring appropriate monitoring controls are in place. You will have a CIPD or HR degree qualification and have substantial experience of delivering ER advice in a Shared Service environment with knowledge and understanding of the end to end colleague lifecycle. You will have managed multi-disciplined teams and have HR contact centre experience. You will also have a proven track record in performance management coaching and have achieved at least a Lean 6 Sigma yellow belt.
