Are you passionate about providing amazing customer service? If so, then please read on I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Specialist to join a successful organisation in the West Midlands. My client is one of the market leaders in their industry. With continuous dedication they are growing in strength and experiencing year on year growth. Whilst leading a team of customer service representatives, you will be the first point of call for all escalations within the customer care department in a very busy open plan office. My client is looking for an exceptional person that has outstanding professionalism with fantastic customer service skills. You will be supporting customers with various queries and complaints so you must have the ability to empathise with customers at all times. The successful post holder will be from a complaints and customer service background, have the ability to communicate effectively and also work well within a team or on your own initiative. Your responsiblities will include - To oversee all customer service queries - Provide support and feedback - To manage the performance and development of the team - Conduct team briefing always promoting world class service - Informing the manager of any absence or lateness issues - To highlight any concerns to the manager - Take ownership of your team performance The ideal candidate must be able to communicate on all levels and possess excellent listening skills. Your attention to detail and problem solving skills will be of great importance. You will have a proactive team player approach and be self motivated and able to work to targets in a busy environment. You must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to be considered for this role. The salary for this role is between £19,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
