Senior/Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager – Contact Centres Lichfield Salary £20,000 - £30,000 Benefits: Excellent commission scheme, High biller incentives, Reduced hours when on target and much more Role We are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant up to a Senior level, the sector is not important however you must feel that Contact Centre recruitment is something that would be of interest to you.This position is for an ambitious consultant to fulfil a 360 recruitment role generating and working new business and sourcing and placing candidates, there is also the potential for this role to be an Account Management model as they have New Business Consultants who generate new clients for the Account Managers to work.You will be working with clients and candidates up to CEO level within the Contact Centre sector and at times you will be working more of an executive search process for find the right candidates, therefore you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will be capable of building strong relationships. As a Senior/ Recruitment Consultant you will be a naturally positive individual with the determination to succeed and work through challenges.
