Ensuring agreed financial and performance targets are met. Ability to liaise with relevant partners on how to access the required support to identify customer needs. Ability to work with Contracts Manager and Contractors and monitor performance targets and to address any underperformance issues and create action plans. To ensure ability of staff is at the required level and skill base to deliver the ranges of services required for the contract. Ability to carry out staff monthly reviews and address any training and development needs to ensure performance targets are met. To liaise with HR to handle any disciplinary, capability and appeal issues that may arise within the centre. Up to £30,000 per annum Business Mileage 25-30 days holiday plus 8 statutory days Training/Business Manager: The essentials. Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above) Managerial Qualification (at Level 2 or Above) An interest in helping people develop Excellent communication skills The ability to motivate and encourage people Strong work ethic and the desire to achieve/exceed targets Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes Extensive knowledge of financial monitoring Training/Business Manager: Your experience. Experience of Management or Team Leading Occupational history and competence within the industry A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets Current experience of managing welfare to work, DWP and skills funding agency provisions Highly organised and time management focussed with an ability to prioritise tasks Training/Business Manager: The desirables. Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407) IAG Qualification Coaching and mentoring NVQ level 3 or willing to work towards Knowledge of HR and Employment Law Training/Business Manager: The organisation.
