National Account Manager - Home Appliances
Package Basic salary up to £55,000 max OTE c.£10,000 Company Car or Car Allowance, Pension, Laptop, Mobile, etc. Responsibilities: Build business with 2 specified National Account customers, at Head Office level, through development of strong, collaborative customer relationships. Create and implement individual business plans with designated customers in line with the overall business strategy. Identify market and customer needs helping them to exploit these opportunities to develop their business. Delivery of sales fundamentals - Pricing, Distribution, Merchandising, Promotions and Profitability. Creating breakthrough plans for the national accounts, selling the plans to the account and executing the plans to superb effect for both the account and the Company's benefit. Ideal Candidate: Ideally centrally based - North of London and South of Manchester/Leeds; anywhere in the Midlands/middle belt of the country. MUST have experience with home appliances - SDAs, MDAs or Brown Goods. MUST have National Account Management experience of multi-million pound accounts. Can show strong head office negotiation, decision making and relationship building skills. Strong analytical skills. High degree of competency in the use of Excel, Word and Power Point. Must be a highly motivated, team player with a "can-do" attitude and be able to work under pressure within tight deadlines. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally. Persuasive with strong and convincing presentation skills. Well organised with the ability to produce relevant documentation including - customer reports, business Forecasts, sales budgets and business plans. Expert at product knowledge. Authority on market trends and data. Remains results orientated at all times.
