Sales Director - Kitchen Sector - National coverage Salary £50-60,000 (max £65,000) OTE £10-15,000 Car or Car allowance Healthcare Pension Laptop Mobile Role: Managing a field sales team with National Coverage, whose customer base consists of Merchants, House Builders, Developers, Contractors, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Kitchen Furniture Manufacturers. Responsible for training, development, joint visits with team, reporting, P&L. Management of key stakeholder client relationships. Person: Must have proven and successful man management of field based sales teams. Ideally with Key Account or National Account management experience. Must be a problem solver, well educated and with strong communication skills. Must have dealt with at least one or more of the following customer bases: Merchants, House Builders, Developers, Contractors, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Kitchen Furniture Manufacturers.
