Job Description

Responsibilities:

Front of House/Receptionist

?? Meet & Greet visitors

?? Allocation and management of visitor access fobs and ID badges, where necessary

?? Taking receipt of all deliveries - distributing to relevant person(s)

?? First contact for all incoming calls

?? Control of car park access

Hospitality

?? Upkeep of boardroom facilities

?? Preparation of refreshments and lunch, when required

?? Caterer bookings

?? Stock replenishment of company vending machine

Administration

?? Diary management for boardroom bookings

?? Raising Purchase Orders

?? Travel bookings

?? Despatch for all departments

?? Stock take

?? Event Management

?? Ordering of supplies

?? Administrative cover for all departments

Other Duties

?? Other reasonable duties as directed by HR

Requirements:

Travel

?? A full UK driving license, including own vehicle is essential

?? Although minimal, travel will be required as part of this role (fuel expenses reimbursed)

Skills and Behaviours:

?? Experience in a similar role essential

?? Excellent organisational skills

?? Effective Interpersonal & presentation skills

?? Ability in multi-tasking & prioritisation

?? Initiative and Problem-solving ability

Qualifications:

?? Computer literate and proficient in using MS Office Software

?? GSCE level or equivalent in English and Maths
