Intensive Housing Management Officer (Lettings)

 

Birmingham

 

Salary: £23,345 per annum following successful 6-month probationary period

 

Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

 

A leading social housing provider has an exciting opportunity for an Intensive Housing Management Officer (Lettings) within their office in Birmingham

 

The key purpose of this role is the responsibility for the day to day delivery of the lettings function across Birmingham, ensuring that tenancies are terminated and empty properties are re-let as soon as possible and ensuring the effective implementation of Adullam's housing management policies.

 

Candidate Requirements:

Some of the key knowledge, skills and behaviours required for this role are:

 

  • Experience in housing letting and tenancy creation/termination procedures and processes.
  • Experience in office administration and the collation of statistics for performance returns.
  • Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to obtain relevant information quickly and easily to ensure speed and accuracy when dealing with our customers
  • Plans and prioritises effectively. Good time management and organisational skills
