An exciting opportunity to join a leading transport and rail company based in Stoke on Trent. One of my key clients is looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to look after their Swedish speaking customer accounts. Client Details My client is a leader within their field with over 50 years experience. Due to business growth, they are looking for a Swedish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to manage B2B and B2C accounts. Description Duties of the role include: Manage the customer relationship on the phone Assure the Customer Relationship with defined level of services: Prioritise incoming customer calls Ensure continuity of service Adapt the call duration according to the customer Fully prepare before making outbound calls (call objectives, answers to likely or potential questions) Always answer customer's requests. Selling of group products Fully prepare sales arguments for outbound calls using the content of any current commercial actions. Act on all opportunities for additional sales, propose a solution in the event of non-availability (using multi-brand substitution policy) To monitor personal additional sales in line with the margin target. Be accountable for any task or procedure which could result in additional sales. Ensure order management by effectively monitoring and analysing customer portfolios Take into account the initial need of customers, proposing alternative solutions and giving information on scheduled/estimated delivery dates. Validate and record orders according to available commercial offers for each customer Plan deliveries with customers and organise the most efficient method of delivery with logistics. Handle specific orders/offers and ensure that all specific associated activities are carried out Manage customer order portfolio: Analyse the order portfolio according to defined frequencies, ensure respect of delivery dates, manager back-order, and execute all necessary actions (substitution, cancellation) Regularly inform customers on the progress of orders. Ensure credit blocked orders are managed in liaison with the relevant department. Ensure relationships and links are strong with the Sales Force, Product Lines and the RAC department Support the sales force (e,g provide information/analysis on order portfolio) According to the plan established with the sales forces, execute and track actions done on behalf of sales force. Ensure support and after-sales support Inform/answer technical questions (or redirect questions to the right department) Record claims in the correct manner. Complaints are processed in liaison with relevant departments, problems are solved and customers informed. Treat the return or refusal of delivery.
