Shift pattern: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am and 6pm

About the Role

We're looking for brilliant Customer Service Advisers to give an exceptional experience to our large business customers. You'll handle a variety of customer queries relating to our mobile products and services resolving at first contact via call, email or web chat.

You'll work with other departments and be part of a close-knit team to resolve queries first time, so building relationships is key with internal and external customers. It's important you'll be a great listener and communicator - as that's what excellent service is all about.
