Job Description JOB TITLE: Sales Office Manager (Team leader)

LOCATION: Wednesbury, West Midlands

SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP28,000-GBP35,000 depending on experience plus Bonus Scheme, Pension Scheme, Share Save Scheme, Childcare Vouchers, Benefits Programme, HSF - Healthcare Cash Plan, Staff Discount

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for proactive, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join this well-established business as a Sales Office Manager.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Internal Sales Team, to ensure that the expectations of our key account customers are met. To ensure that the internal sales team adhere to the policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities to include: - Sales Office Manager (Internal Sales Team) - Wednesbury, West Midlands
• The management of a team of internal sales people
• Recruit, induct, train, and retain staff of the required number and calibre
• Daily team meetings
• Identify and address issues, deal with these applying company HR Policies
• Set targets and objectives for all team members and manage against the set criteria
• The management of large key account customers on a daily basis
• Ensuring all daily, weekly, monthly tasks are completed on time
• Advising on pricing and sourcing of special products
• The management of reports
• Building a strong relationship with customers, to ensure all business is obtained
• Drive sales including Pro-active calls on a daily basis
• Liaising with other departments to provide solutions - purchasing and warehouse

THE CANDIDATE: Sales Office Manager (Internal Sales Team) - Wednesbury, West Midlands
The ideal candidate will be conscientious, organised, disciplined and well presented. You will need to be driven, hard-working and fluent in excel with excellent team leader and coaching experience, one-to-one skills and an ability to talk to people from all backgrounds. You will have previous experience within either a Sales Manager/Team leader role, and if you have industry knowledge (PPE & construction consumables) this is very advantageous.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the role: - Sales Office Manager (Internal Sales Team)- Wednesbury, West Midlands
• Previous experience within a Sales Manager/Team Leader role from a sales environment (distribution, Contact/Call Centre, etc.)
• Highly effective leadership and coaching skills and a strong record of sales growth
• Experience of selling consumable products direct to end user customers
• A resilient and motivated individual is required for this role in order to effectively manage customer relationships
• Product knowledge of PPE & construction consumables (preferred)
• Computer Literate
• Excellent leadership, team leading and team coaching skills
• UK Driving licence desirable but not essential
