Sales Representative - Construction Distributor - £25-30K 12.5% Car Ref: 133151 - Expanding Construction Firm - Great Sales Support - Sale and Hire Basis The Role: As Area Sales Manager you will be selling into main and sub-contractors in the construction industry, speaking to site and project managers as well as business owners and directors. With good sales support on offer, you will attend sales meetings on Fridays in their East Midlands offices, with the rest of your time managing accounts and developing new ones. Typical hire periods are 2-3 weeks and the new area sales manager will receive full product training. The Company: Established since the early 1980s and with a £10 million sales turnover, our client is a mid-playing organisation with a good reputation. They offer both sales and hire of a wide range of construction products including PPE, fixings, tools, abrasives, security products and plat; now looking to employ a new Area Sales Manager in the Midlands to join their team. For this Sales Representative position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: - Strong field sales experience - You will have sold any building products into main and sub-contractors - Experience of selling at site level is a bonus - Thick skinned and hardworking sales reps who can deal at site level Benefits of this Sales Representative role: - £25,000 - £30,000 Base Salary - 12.5% Commission - Fully Expensed Company Car - Pension, Laptop, Mobile Location: Midlands.
