PMO Analyst - Governance & Control Up to £23k Great Company Benefits About the Role Working within the Project Management team, the Governance Analyst will work closely with other areas of the business to ensure all projects are supported through the delivery process to facilitate success. Responsibilities will include: - Overseeing new orders to ensure all of the correct information is obtained, and communicating with the Sales team to achieve this. - Creating project documentation for customers - Ensuring the availability of funding (in conjunction with the Finance Team) - Manage the process relating to specific funding types, and being knowledgeable and competent in identifying anomalies or risks in the process. - Producing monthly statistics and reports for the Board - Producing new PMO processes and updating documents About You This role requires a keen eye for detail and methodical approach to tasks. You ideally will come from a project management or coordination background in a large, ideally IT environment - although this is not essential. Ideally you will have already undertaken your Prince2, P30, or ITIL qualifications. You will also need to be highly numerate, and have advanced skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and Dynamics CRM.
