We are expanding our Service Operations Delivery Group and are recruiting into a number of posts within the Revenue & Customs Digital Technology Service in Telford.

About the Change Analyst (Support, Quality, Analyst) role

To support the Change Management team in the effective management of the Operational Change
Management process across all Delivery Groups and Service Operations.

• Supporting the Change Managers and the Change Management process.
• Ensure and monitor the quality of RFCs moving through the change process.
• To minimise risk to services from the impact of change.
• To support the continual improvement of the Change Management process maintaining alignment
with the Change Policy.
• Management of Change Management Inboxes.
• Raise Changes for HMRC Suppliers who do not have access to EARS.
• Creation of CAR forms for CAT B changes on behalf of Delivery Group Service Delivery Management.
• Sampling and quality checks of Category A RFCs.
• Triage & Quality checks of change documentation (RFC).
• Analysis of Management Information, identifying service improvement opportunities.
• Involved in process improvement activities as a result of analysis.
• Ensure compliance to the process and tool (EARS Change).
• Creation and maintenance of the Forward Schedule of Change reports.
• Co-ordination of reporting for the Change Management process.
• Creation and maintenance of key reports including Live Service Review (LSR) and Failed Changes
Weekly Report.
• Managing low level change (CAT A & B) through the Operational Change Process, includes creation of the CAT B CAR.
• Support for the Change Managers and the Change Management process.
• Ensure compliance to the process and tool (EARS Change).
• Creation and maintenance of key reports including Live Service Review (LSR), Failed Changes Weekly Report, Forward Schedule of Change, Daily Change -plus Ad-Hoc reports.
