Starting Salary: £28,873-£33,068 p.a. (depending on experience) plus benefits
St John's College wishes to recruit a full time experienced standards-orientated Functions Manager to manage the provision of high level of service at lunch, dinner, College feasts and functions both internal and external to the College. A full knowledge of silver service, together with other styles of food, wine and beverage service is essential.
Previous staff management experience of large teams is essential. Knowledge of Allergy Regulations and Food Safety HACCP regulations is essential.
