Job Ref: DJHC4238 Job Title Head of Site Location: Midlands Salary: Up to £100k 40% bonus This is an opportunity for a proven Head of Site to join an exciting well established organisation, based in the Midlands. This role will be responsible for delivering substantial customer centric change across the contact centre. Some of the duties will include: Accountability for the delivery of key strategies through a sales and service operation of approximately 500FTE Drive day to day performance through effective performance coaching and employee engagement Create an energised and motivated culture through visible on the ground Leadership Work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve profitable and sustainable business outcomes Drive continuous improvement and large scale transformation across the site in line with business strategy Provide and present MI to the senior management team and give regular updates as to the progress of operational delivery across the function If you are interested to apply for this position then you will need proven experience in managing substantial transformation across large scale operations in a customer service, sales through service, and Contact Centre environment.
