Calling all Customer Service and Sales Professionals! Are you looking for an exciting new career? Would you like to work within the magical environment of Drama & Theatre? Then we have the opportunity just for you!!

We are working with a leading producing theatre based in the heart of Birmingham! The theatre offers a fun and dynamic working environment where no 2 days will be the same. Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit vibrant and enthusiastic Theatre and Sales Assistants to join the team.

Our client requires Theatre & Sales Assistants to provide excellent customer service to the visitors of the theatre. 

Successful candidates will have:

  • Experience of Customer Service, Retail or Hospitality.
  • A genuine love of theatre.
  • A welcoming attitude towards all people.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure should you need to.
We currently require:

  • 1 x permanent (24 hours per week contract)
  • 12 x fixed-term part-time (12-14 hours per week for ten months)
  • 12 x zero hours contracts.
Salary:

  • £8.48 per hour (24 hours per week)
  • £8.45 per hour (fixed term or zero hours)
