Role Overview: Due to the growth of SIRA, our specialist fraud detection and prevention solution, we currently have an exciting position for a recent graduate with strong communication and organisational skills to join our Business Development team as a Graduate Business Analyst. The role is paramount to assist with and orchestrate sales related activities, to further extend the market reach of our SIRA product through the generation and conversion of sales opportunities. Responsibilities will include: - Developing a strong understanding of SIRA and other products offered by the business - Providing support to the Sales Managers - Working with the business to define requirements for new and existing business partners - Acting as a point of contact both internally and externally for sales related matters - Reviewing and enhancing internal business processes to ensure they meet industry best practice - Supporting and delivering presentations internally and externally - Attending meetings on and off site promoting Synectics' products and services - Researching industry initiatives and trends A successful applicant will have: (This is a graduate role, so no commercial experience is required - however, a placement in a similar environment would be beneficial) - Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex requirements - A keen attention to detail with an aptitude for both efficient and accurate working - A willingness and ability to work flexibly and independently in a friendly, fast-paced and dynamic environment - The ability to manage and prioritise a broad range of activities with conflicting deadlines - Proficient with the MS Office suite, with some experience of delivering presentations, maintaining spreadsheets and producing formal documentation - A willingness to establish and understand information from a technical perspective - An energy and enthusiasm to help and contribute to the team
