Telesales Executive (Part Time): Are you an enthusiastic ambitious Telesales Executive? Do you have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive to exceed goals? Keen to develop your B2B Sales career? A confident part time Telesales Executive is required to join this fast-growing sales agency / consultancy which supplies companies with freelance Telesales Executives and Account Management Consultants to boost their profit margins. The Telesales Executive will have a diverse role, including email marketing, telesales, appointment setting and quoting / follow ups. This is a great opportunity to join this friendly ever-expanding team, working from the Managing Director's home with flexible hours. The role would suit an experienced Telesales Executive or a confident outgoing individual looking to begin their career in telesales. The majority of our Customer base is in Logistics and so experience in the sector would be useful but not essential. Responsibilities: Utilise email marketing and telephone based sales to increase company's client base and repeat business Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about the client's services /products Build relationships with a client base to ensure client renewals Maximise revenues and generate incremental revenues on orders received, through cross selling and new products Go the 'extra mile' to meet targets and facilitate future sales Make appointments for new clientele and follow up with them after Skills and Experience: A highly proactive, motivated self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and other telephone systems Microsoft Office and the use of the Internet for emails and search engines Customer focused, commercially astute and target-driven to exceed expectations Able to learn about our services, and describe / explain them to potential prospects Able to search and generate own leads Cool temperament and able to handle rejection An entrepreneurial approach to account development opportunities Understanding of a consultancy role, confident working on behalf of a range of clients This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an outgoing, organised and driven Telesales Executive to join this leading freelance sales specialist, working with a variety of companies providing a boost to both new business sales and existing account management. 16 - 24 hours a week, preferably Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's only but a small number of hours may be considered on a Monday or Friday for the right candidate.
