We are now looking to appoint a reliable and flexible Care and Support Worker to cover days with flexibility to cover nights if needed.

Oakwood Lodge is an Retirement Living scheme based in Willenhall, Wolverhampton providing independent living to our customers.

Title: Care and Support Worker
Location: Oakwood Lodge, Willenhall
Salary: GBP15,454 (full time equivalent)
Hours: 17.5 Hours per Week (Part Time)

As a Care and Support Worker you will provide care and support to include self care, domestic duties, activity planning and involvement, updating care and support plans and providing an active support to our customers. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, work well as part of a team and understand the issues and requirements of older people. This role will include weekend working.

Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people.
Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence
Able to offer close personal care, for example assistance to support bathing
