Key responsibilities:

This is an exciting full mix marketing and business development role where you will demonstrate highly creative, analytical and enthusiastic characteristics. You will be comfortable working with all levels of seniority whilst displaying an exemplary work ethic and attention to detail.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing assistant/executive looking to make their mark, develop, and broaden their role over time. • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers for real estate to deliver a marketing program that includes, but is not limited to:
o creating online and offline materials
o supporting the end-to-end delivery of regional, national and international events
o managing communications channels, including social media, internal communications, email marketing, video content, and other online platforms
o supporting and creating pitch materials, along with other opportunity-led collateral
o working with the wider marketing teams as an ambassador for the real estate practice
o administering BD and other business systems.
• Working collaboratively with other teams to provide a seamless service to the business.

Skills and experience:

• Experience of a professional services environment is advantageous, but not required.
• Ideal candidates will have a solid track record of delivering marketing and business development activities to the highest standard.
• The chosen candidate will have the ability and confidence to bring fresh ideas that help the real estate practice remain at the top of the market, both internally and externally.

Key competencies:

The successful candidate will:

• have experience and confidence in using design software, HTML editing platforms, social media, and other marketing technology
• possess an ability to develop relationships, influence stakeholders, and gain credibility across all levels within a business
• demonstrate strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• be a team player with a clear focus on developing a real competitive advantage for the real estate practice
• You will be comfortable owning and interpreting data commercially.
