Our client is looking for a Financial Administration Assistant to join their team based in Burton. As a Financial Administration Assistant you will need to have: - Strong organisation skills - Excellent attention to detail - A positive, 'can-do' attitude - Previous experience using accounts software such as Sage Line 50 - Previous administration experience or similar - Excellent telephone manner, maintaining professionalism at all times Details: - Salary: 18K negotiable depending on experience/qualifications - Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:00pm - Location: Derby - Permanent Role of a Financial Administration Assistant Accounts - Use of sage line 50 as per the attached schedule - Credit control - Liaising with the 3rd party advisers i.e. Bank, auditors etc Quality - Assisting with Issuing of operating procedures and other quality paperwork - Keeping track of deadlines and renewal dates for licenses - Checking registers daily for recalls etc PA - Use of the telephone, emails etc - General office duties - Photocopying, filing, answering telephone - Compliance administration - Data entry - Any other tasks as required Benefits of working as a Financial Administration Assistant - Working for an award winning market leading company - Pension - Childcare vouchers - Free parking - On-going training and development - Progression opportunities If you are interested in the above position please click apply or call Clare Godfrey on for further details.
