All of the company's products have FDA clearance and CE mark approval, supported by a quality control department with outstanding experience and ability, ensuring keen vigilance and global tracking of the company's manufacturing operations and products. The role - Paralegal / In-House Contracts Lawyer: They are now looking for an experienced legal professional to initially take responsibility for commercial contracts and provide assistance to the Commercial Manager on a day to day basis. You will grow and evolve with the role as your remit expands and will take on a greater level of responsibility. Experience required - Paralegal / In-House Contracts Lawyer: You must be educated to degree level, ideally in Law or you will hold a relevant legal qualification such as LPC. You will ideally hold legal experience either in house or in private practice with an excellent understanding of commercial legal contractual terms and language specific to written contracts and although not essential, knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and medical device industry. Essential skills - Paralegal / In-House Contracts Lawyer: It goes without saying that grammar and written communication will need to be impeccable along with excellent attention to detail. You will have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure whilst delivering accurate work. You must have existing experience of the review and drafting of commercial contracts, ideally on an international basis. You will receive extensive training during your induction period to ensure you are up to date with relevant information and with be part of a team culture with support from the Commercial Manager. You will currently be working in private-practice or in-house as a Paralegal, In-House Counsel, Legal Counsel, Legal Assistant Commercial Manager, Legal Assistant, Commercial Assistant, Contracts Assistant, Legal Consultant, Commercial Manager to take responsibility for renewing all current contracts and drafting commercial contracts via templates.
