Our client is a global manufacturer and supplier of new and refurbished engineered products, supplying directly to major aerospace OEM's and 1st Tier Suppliers. They now offer a new opportunity, for a talented Senior Quality Engineer/ Manager, to take responsibility for all aspects of quality management for their MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) facilities, across two Midlands sites.

An exciting autonomous and challenging role, the successful candidate will report directly in to the Head of Quality for the US and Europe, enjoying significant responsibility. You will have a wide remit including but not limited to;
  • Developing & managing the quality system for the MRO business and ensure compliance
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Maintain up to date Audit and Inspection records for review as required
  • Establish procedures for non-conformances and corrective / preventative actions
  • Work closely with the management teams to communicate all facets of your function
  • Review quality systems of new sub-contractors
  • Conduct Air-worthiness technical review meetings
  • Maintain the company's EASA, FAA ISO and CAAC approvals


As the ideal candidate, you will already be an exemplary quality professional, who is genuinely passionate about total quality in all aspects of your work and your employers output.

You will demonstrate high-level aerospace engineering competence, with proven quality engineering / management roles, ideally but not essentially gained within an MRO environment.

You will understand complex quality engineering processes with in depth knowledge of at least one of the following; EASA, CAA, FAA or CAAC. With a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving, you will also be able to explain technical information, and use your excellent communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
