Job Title: Legal Secretary / Paralegal

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary/ Paralegal to support their Wills and Probate Department. As a Legal Secretary, you would have secretarial responsibility within Wills and Probate.

Job Description:

- To provide full secretarial support to fee earner(s), including word processing of letters, notes, bills, legal documentation and general administrative duties
- Liaising with colleagues, clients and other third parties as directed
- Maintenance of fee earner diary and providing client care cover as required
- Answering all telephone queries and dealing with clients face to face

Candidate Requirements:

- Experienced Secretary with Wills and Probates experience
- Strong grammar skills
- Strong Administration skills and document production skills
- Excellent customer service standards
- Experience with Case Management Systems (Proclaim Preferably)
- Well-spoken with an excellent telephone manner
- Candidate must be highly motivated, well organised and ambitious

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP20,000 pa
