You must have a degree with a minimum of a 2:1 and be an enthusiastic graduate with empathy and resilience. Excellent communication is essential and a passion to support pupils from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds. Ideally you will have previous experience working with young people either in a voluntary or paid role. This is not essential however it is advantageous to your application.

You will work in a friendly and supportive inclusion department where creative ideas will be welcomed. You will be able to assist teachers with planning and preparation as well as other aspects of teaching and learning. Your responsibilities will be to support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small group sessions, helping to boost pupil confidence and attainment of a variety of abilities.
