Job Description:

A Global Manufacturing company specialising in the supply to the hospitality sector.

Our client is seeking a strong Administrator to work within a busy customer services and order processing department.

With the expansion of activities in the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific & Australasia regions, it will be the role of the administrator to strengthen the area's Customer Service team to ensure it continues to deliver world-class standards of support to its customer base.

As the Administrator in the Customer Service team you will:

- Provide support with the processing of orders from initial quotation to final dispatch
- Liaison with freight forwarders and customers to arrange shipments
- Organise for the timely picking, packing and collection of orders with our Distribution department, and communicating effectively with other internal departments.
- As an experienced administrator you will have experience in an export and / or shipping role.
- Some knowledge of the ceramic industry or hospitality supply sector would be a great advantage

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous Administration experience
- Export / shipping experience would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of the ceramic industry or hospitality would be a great advantage
- Strong IT Skills - in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Enjoyment from working in a busy office

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am - 16.45pm

Salary: GBP17,385 pa
