We are recruiting Administrators and Clerical Processors to work with our highly respected financial services client in Birmingham. Do you have administration or clerical experience? We are interviewing immediately for administrators, admin support and clerical processors.

This role is a night shift from Monday - Thursday (4 nights) 8.45pm - 6am with a pay rate of up to GBP9.53 an hour. Candidates would need to be available for the next 6 months.

Successful candidates will be responsible for investigating and gathering information using a number of systems, so must have an eye for detail. Please note this is not a customer facing role.

Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate available resources and monitor workflow to ensure that the daily workload is consistently completed in line with agreed service standards.
- Recommend and implement changes to the way in which the team operates to improve service quality and process efficiency, supporting line management in the information of centrally driven changes when required.
- Liaise with internal and external customers, on a wide range of issues, complaints and requests for information or advice.
- Lead, motivate, develop and appraise team members, co-ordinating their ongoing training and development in order that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard.
- Monitor individual staff and team performance, recommending taking actions to resolve problems in order to maintain operational efficiency and service quality.
- Recognise and determine trends in problem occurrence and workflow, investigating further when appropriate and implementing changes or co-ordinating support from other parties to resolve matters and minimise the risk of re-occurrences.
- Check to ensure that the work processed by the team(s) adheres to all specified Bank processes, procedures, standards and relevant external requirements.
- When required provide project support ensuring own deliverables are on time and to specification.

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of attention to detail
- Able to produce clear and legible written notes and reports
- Computer literate - can use a keyboard and use a range of specified software
- Capable of organising your own work effectively to ensure deadlines are met
