For this Teaching Assistant post you should be a physics graduate who has a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role and earned an upper second class degree or better. The school wants graduates who can convey their subject knowledge with ease and dedicate their efforts to the school. You will have the drive to encourage students to reach their goals and aid understanding with your clear explanations.
