We are recruiting for a fantastic client based in Lichfield. They are looking for someone to join their accounts team on a 6 month contract.

The role will be maintaining the Purchase Ledger function for the business and assisting with the purchase order system in general. Reporting into the Management Accountant, duties will include:

Registering and posting purchase invoices
Posting and matching of invoices to purchase orders
Investigating purchase ledger queries with suppliers and other departments
Maintaining the purchase ledger control accounts
Raising and sending out purchase orders as required
Receipting of purchase orders
Dealing with purchase order queries

Previous Purchase Ledger experience is essential, Excellent Excel skills, highly numerate.

The hours of work are 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday
