• Saturday nights
Hours are flexible to fit around you, whether you are looking for full time work or one shift a week!
Please note all shift patterns will include Saturday nights on a rota basis.

THE COMPANY: Our client is the largest taxi company in the Midlands and the 5th largest in the country. They offer taxi services, airport transfer, executive travel and courier services to customers across the Midlands. Having been established for 21 years starting with one car, they have now grown considerably to 4 branches and over 900 drivers.

Due to new and exciting expansion of their call centre our client is currently looking for additional Call Centre Agents to join their team in Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities of the Call Centre Agent role to include:-
• Handle incoming customer enquiries
• Receive and record taxi bookings
• Ensure bookings are recorded onto the system accurately
• Adhere to company and health and safety policies.

THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for people who are confident, outgoing and passionate about driving customer service. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.

Essential criteria for the Call Centre Agent role:
• Confident on the phone
• Able to provide excellent customer service
• IT Literate
• Able to work on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends and Saturdays
