Job title: Lead Business Analyst *2Corporate Title: Assistant Vice PresidentDivision: Anti Financial CrimeLocation: Birmingham Overview:You'll be joining the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) Technology Strategy area (part of the Regulation, Compliance & AFC group) which oversees and co-ordinates the overall strategy and business design and implementation of technology-related change for the AFC organisation.Key Responsibilities: Acting as the Business Analyst for all technology-related AFC programs Supporting AFC management and business functions for technology-related matters Authoring business requirements documents for AFC technology programs and projects Monitoring and reviewing progress and output of AFC technology projects Designing test cases and test plans for user acceptance testing of applications Skills & Qualifications: Very strong experience and background working within AFC and Compliance business and technology areas Detailed banking product knowledge, as well as knowledge of broker dealer products and activity Knowledge of payments platforms, i.e. SWIFT, ACH, etc Knowledge of key transaction banking / payments risks and controls Knowledge and experience working with regulatory authorities, including the Federal Reserve, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), BaFin, FINRA, etc (beneficial) Familiarity with global laws and regulatory requirements (beneficial) Experience working with different vendor products, including case management and transaction monitoring software Knowledge of how platforms and technology function Familiarity with data architecture concepts, analytics and AFC-related technology Experience working within a collaborative environment and taking responsibility for our contribution to delivery Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey the importance and impact of highly technical concepts in business terms to business stakeholders Excellent writing skills Experience with Mantas and Actimize (beneficial) Flexibility in order to attend local time zone meetings with the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific teams Deutsche Bank is an equal opportunity employer who seeks to recruit and appoint the best available person for a job regardless of marital / civil partnership status, sex (including pregnancy), age, religion, belief, race, nationality and ethnic or national origin, colour, sexual orientation or disability.Please let us know if you require any adjustments to enable you to apply or attend an interview.
