This outstanding secondary & sixth form school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a number of core subject Russell Group graduates for learning support assistant roles. The role is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving graduate to gain paid experience within an outstanding school, learning from the best, before you begin your own journey to become an outstanding teacher in the future. The school is a 'teaching school' and for the learning support assistants who impress during their first year here, they will be welcome to apply for the schools own teacher training scheme, saving you the cost of a PGCE route.
