About the Company: Our client is a well-established company on the outskirts of Derby looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities: To support all the of departments, ensuring all the teams are adhering to policies and procedures

- Organising truck maintenance and service - sticking to set KPI's
- Checking driver hours / adhering to legal requirements, ensuring efficiency in producing reports and issuing fuel cards
- Producing purchase orders / assignments, checking prices, getting the cheapest price available and applying discounts where applicable
- Run reports on what needs inspecting, contacting managers in regards to repairs and maintenance for what needs inspecting and by when , keeping on top of it and ensure all the reports are up to date
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed and met, along with standard legal requirements
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Look at all H+S policies, ensure they are environmentally responsible using ISO9001 - Quality Management audit guidelines
- Other administration duties as required by line manager

About you:

- Previous administration experience - Transport, logistics and H&S desirable
- Duties are extremely varied, so you will need to be adaptable, outgoing and enthusiastic to keep up with the companies demands
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal

What's in it for you? This is a full time Permanent position. Monday - Friday 8am -5pm with some flexibility as required. Salary will be GBPnegotiable depending on experience + excellent company benefits
