We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our clients based in Brownhills. As an Administrator you are responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office.

Duties and Responsibilities of an Administrator

- Produce weekly graphs in Excel using the Gemba system.
- Ensure all Excel reports/graphs are up to date; extend week numbers,
- add new jobs, modify formula's etc.
- Identify and enter daily issues in Excel for review.
- Monitor entries on the system checking for incorrect bookings/issues.
- Input new/amendment cycle time sheets onto the system and ensure
- excel spreadsheet is kept up to date.
- Enter operator training sheets onto the system ensuring that the Excel
- spreadsheet & skills matrix are kept up to date.
- Set up new jobs in the system for the following week.
- Update system with new starters/leavers
- Scanning and emailing.
- General office admin & filing
- Vlook Ups and formula knowledge is essential

- Location: Brownhills
- GBP8.00-GBP8.50 per hour
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am- 1:00pm
- Maternity Cover

- Excellent MS Office skills to a high level in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint (presentations) and Excel (graphs and spreadsheets).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Accurate, quick typing skills.
- You will need to be comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Excellent use of English language (both written and verbal) and a professional image and manner are pre-requisites of the job alongside patience, resilience and good listening skills.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels in the organisation.
