A C of E Primary Academy in Inner City Birmingham are looking to appoint a graduate teaching assistant for Year 3/4 for the new academic year.

Are you graduate who has achieved or been predicted a 2:1 or above Hons degree and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children?

***Full time - 5 days per week - 8.30am - 4.30pm

This position would suit an inventive and inspirational teaching assistant who has a second-class degree and enthusiastic and energetic and raring to go from September. As a teaching assistant, you will be assisting teachers in and out of class across the Year 3 & 4. It is essential that you are passionate about children and teaching and learning as you will be seen as a role model in the classroom are they are to inspire and accelerate progress.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for organising and running smaller booster groups for low and high ability pupils as well as individual sessions.
