This role provides specialist and dedicated recruitment support to the client and their temporary workers from:
* Managing the recruitment and retention of a sustainable workforce
* Building solid customer and employee relations across the site
* Maintaining a high level of communication to ensure service levels are optimised.

As an Onsite Account Specialist you will be based at the client's site in Peterlee to discuss any issues or feedback and provide support to employees and client management.
Typical duties will include:
* Providing ongoing recommendations to further enhance service delivery
* Ensuring the recruitment process is adhered to in accordance with standard operating procedures and as agreed with the customer
* Employee relations including disciplinary hearings, grievances and absence management
* Ensuring payroll queries are dealt with efficiently and kept to a minimum, seeking to reduce week on week in accordance with internal SLAs
* Being responsible for the execution of customer satisfaction data and provide analysis together with ongoing monitoring.

The successful candidate will have experience of recruiting and managing temporary staff in the Industrial sector, ideally in an onsite capacity, but recruitment agency experience will also be considered for the right candidate. Fantastic customer service and communication skills are also imperative for this role.
