Head of HR
My client, a fantastic and rewarding not for profit organisation, are looking for a Head of HR to join their business. The business is a leader in their field and work closely with both the public and other organisations. The successful Head of HR will be exposed to a very busy working environment and the business is looking for someone who can fully manage the HR function including budgets and training. The Role The Head of HR will assist with all aspects of HR for the business. They will be responsible for working closely with the CEO and SLT to help evolve and influence the HR environment, implement new policies and procedures, and pick up with a number of ongoing projects. The Candidate As the successful Head of HR, you will be responsible for: - The full generalist HR cycle including high level ER cases - Managing and reviewing the company's policies and procedures and updating them as required - Partner with senior stakeholders within the business - Lead the HR function and deliver high quality service - Devise bespoke development plans - Help to embed new talent frameworks - Support on different HR projects It would be highly beneficial for you to be: - CIPD part or fully qualified - Degree qualified - Experience managing and leading a HR function - Experience working in a not for profit organisation - Able to offer ideas to the business in order to improve both the HR function and the policies To apply for the Head of HR position, please click on the "apply now" button and your CV will be sent directly to the responsible recruiter.
