Supported by exceptional technology, with complete and innovative product lines, it has built its reputation around quality and safety, and experienced, committed and passionate people About the job We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Operator to join the Raleigh Hall team based in Eccleshall on a fixed term contract expected to last for approximately 6 months. The position works on a rotating shift pattern (6am - 2.00pm / 2.00pm to 10.00pm) Monday to Friday 38 hours per week. Job Accountabilities - Demonstrate an absolute commitment to your own and others safety - Following works tickets and Standard Operating procedures within a production environment - Be responsible for self-inspection at all stages of manufacture, measuring for conformance to individual customer tolerances / requirements using precision instruments - Participate in teams and fully contribute to culture of excellence in customer service through continuous improvement programs, such as World Class Manufacturing (WCM), 5S and internal waste reduction plans - Maintain machines, equipment and work areas to the highest standards including housekeeping (e.g. guarding checks) and fault reporting. Location: Raleigh Hall Industrial Estate, ST21 6JL About you For this role, it's essential that you have: - Previous experience in a manufacturing and / or engineering environment - a willingness to work flexibly as the plant operation requires.
